Yes, I was in spectator mode and watching him at the time you called him out. Good work Gunney!
Whenever I get killed by a new player I check the leader board to see what level he is and their K/D ratio in current game. That guy was a level 1 and had way too many kills. When I spawned back in I approached same area and he was facing me as I came around the corner. No way he knew I was there.
