This is something I have been dealing with for a few weeks. Comes and goes.

When this happens the CPU usage rate on my keyboard goes from 80% down to 14%.

I have replacement Memory cards, MoBo, CPU and SSD. The Op system on C drive I have on a backup drive so That first one to test out.

do you have other programs running? my system has acted like that before, if i had steam running and something started downloading.

does your ping fluctuate?

Steam is not running in background even though I have it on my computer. Nothing else that I know of. No Discord. I have seen Edge show up running while playing.

sorry, but what are your system specs? the video graphics?
maybe if you go up in the settings for the game, you could use less cpu, and relay on the GPU memory

dont mind on the windowed mode, was just for the capture
I increase the resolution, to avoid the CPU bound with GPU at low resolution, where u depend on the CPU power, so if you notice i got a 2560z1440z144hz for the screen...
perhaps your 1920x1080 with resolution scale by 105 could do the trick to avoid the cpu

I only experience stuttering when I first login. It seems to go away after about 60 seconds, but it is pretty consistent.

That sorta looks like network issues or packet loss. There is a way to pull up a network graph in BF4, hit the ~ key when you’re in game and the command is networkPerfOverlay.DrawGraph 1/0 (the 1 is on and the 0 is off)

If the issue is networking, it will likely show in this graph. Maybe try turning the graph on and seeing if you can catch it stuttering?

Ryan, I recently had my modem replaced with a newer one from Spectrum. Was getting about 60mps. Just did a test and computer sees 225mps. My Nighthawk router sees 524mps. Wonder if the difference that my computer can handle versus what the modem can send is a factor.

Keep in mind this problem is not constant. Usually happens about 10 minutes into the game.

it looks like its using shared CPU Memory for graphics... does your mobo have onboard GPU?
Might be possible Diesel. My memory is 8 gig and system shows 10 gig availble. Of course I have a second monitor hooked up for showing Task Manager. I coould disconnect second monitor and see if that changes anything. Could that extra 2 gig of system memory be turned off? I dont see anything in BIOS referencing GPU memory usage.

Installed that MSI Afterburner and set it up for manual fan speeds. Played two games and didn't see any stuttering.
