Wonder what game hack #83018 is and where they got it. Seems people know where it is and downloaded it recently or am I reading that wrong?

That's just a violation number PB assigns to the cheat.

When PunkBuster detects a cheat or hack by repeated positive identification on a player's computer, a violation is raised. These violation numbers are 50000 and higher. Families of cheats are listed below.
#50000s - Aimbot
#60000s - Wallhack
#70000s - Multihack
#80000s - Gamehack
#90000s - 'Cheat' Video Drivers
#100000s - Speedhack
#110000s - Autofire
#120000s - Game Hook
#130000s - Attempted PunkBuster Hack

Multihack can range from ESP (Wallhack) Auto-Aim, AutoFire, NoFog or anything that modifies game files to an advantage.

Goes to show there's players out there that we're unaware of running cheats. Togglers and mild hacks.

A couple times usually with two or more other players in his same clan, which you can still spot on the Golmud server from time to time, so keep an eye out for DNTZ clan tags.
