I have several cars. One is a 5500lb Jeep Commander with a 5.7L Hemi and full-time AWD. Another is a 2600lb Mini Cooper S with a 1.6L 4-cyl turbo. Guess which one I'm driving every day now...

Gas is $2/L here. I had to trade my jeep for my mother's Prius. The tank lasted twice as long and cost $70 to fill rather than $120. As a student making negative income, it's still a bitter pill to swallow.
So like $6/gal? Ouch. It’s just over $4/gal here. My jeep gets about 14mi/gal, average about 20 mi per day. , Might be riding the bicycle to work soon.
At MX, is a $1(21mxn)/Lt, solo 4 per gallon, south border Arizona, I guess at border will be like $0.85/Lt... Still guess is an ok situation

Same mpg with my Jeep in town. I get about 18hwy if I'm lucky. I have a Subaru as well with a roof rack. The roof rack actually brings avg mpg down from 30ish mpg to about 24mpg on the highway. It's nice to have the extra cargo space on top, but it might come off in the meantime.
