Making video clip using other videos

Has Windows 10 changed how we make video montages recently?

I usually go into Photos with a video and do an Add To a new ambum, then open other videos with the Photos app and add to the album. But I dont find the album with the video clips anywhere after I am done.

Have I forgotten something?

Yeah, I managed to find that and make use of it.

I use the Windows Video Editor app.

But it only does 1080p..
